Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages & Lost Packages Good To Go is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect address details were provided at checkout. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at hello@goodtogorecovery.co.uk so we can help evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
