Our drinks are shelf-stable and perfectly fine to store in your pantry. Each bottle has a "Best By" date printed clearly on the neck or cap, typically giving you a shelf life of up to 12 months from production. For the absolute best tasting experience, we highly recommend serving them ice-cold!

UK Mainland Orders: If you place your order before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day for Next-Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Deliveries to remote regions outside the UK Mainland may take an additional 1–2 business days to arrive.

The Cost: Delivery is completely free on all UK orders with no minimum spend required. Subscribers also automatically receive free delivery on every single recurring order.

Because our warehouse team moves quickly to get your hydration to you, we can only make changes or cancellations within a very short window after the order is placed. If you need to modify your delivery address or cancel an order, please email us immediately at hello@goodtogorecovery.co.uk with your order number, and we will do our best to catch it before it ships

We want you to love your hydration experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return unopened full cases within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Because our product is a consumable beverage, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have already been opened. Please reach out to our team at hello@goodtogorecovery.uk.co  to initiate a return.

We take great care in packaging our cases securely, but rough transit can occasionally happen. If your box arrives damaged or any bottles are leaking, please take a quick photo of the damage and email it to us alongside your order number. We will fast-track a replacement case to you immediately at no extra cost.
